This collaboration with the sculptor Polo Bourieau allows an investigation into the character and many facets of what makes Hong Kong what it is for good and bad. To me the Reflecting Man is a benign being simply observing, I liken him to Ted Hughes Iron Giant, out of place, ready to make friends and holding his many mirrors up to us at the same time.
