

140 million years ago Hong Kong was formed by the eruption of a super volcano and Hong Kong's geology is still very impressive. One of the highlights is our guardian, Lion Rock resplendent on the mountain range encircling the Kowloon Peninsula.
Here the view is across Wong Tai Sin and Diamond Hill neighbourhoods shot from the top of Tai Ping Shan using the large format 4x5 camera, black and white film and a 350mm lens.
