Neon signs used to be everywhere in Hong Kong, it was famous for them. Considered a hazard they are now few and far between, much to the city's loss. Of the signs that existed when I first arrived a couple really stood out, one or two still remain, the mahjong parlour on Spring Garden Lane is the greatest remaining sign. Here however we have an image of the long gone President Shopping Arcade neon, my ultimate favourite.
This is an archival pigment print on a beautiful lustre paper. Limited edition, signed and numbered on the back of the print. It is shipped in a tube.
